Job summary

Think Recruitment is recruiting two experienced Project Managers for a major high-rise retrofit and cladding replacement programme in central Bristol. You will lead two tower projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver works safely, on programme and within budget.

The package includes £65,000-£70,000 plus £4,000 MEA, discretionary bonus, pension, private health care, 25 days holiday and cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience on large-scale construction projects.
• High-rise refurbishment or retrofit experience.
• Knowledge of façade systems, roofing and fire remediation.
• SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection and Temporary Works Coordinator.
• First Aid at Work.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead two high-rise retrofit projects and manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
