Think Recruitment is recruiting two Project Managers for a major high-rise retrofit and cladding replacement programme in central Bristol. You will lead two high-rise projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in large construction projects, with knowledge of façade systems, fire remediation and high-rise refurbishments. A full UK driving licence and safety qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience on large-scale construction projects.
• High-rise refurbishment or retrofit experience.
• Knowledge of faade systems, roofing and fire remediation.
• SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection and Temporary Works Coordinator.
• First Aid at Work.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of two high-rise projects, managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead on cladding and façade replacement, fire remediation and protection works, roof upgrades, MEP removal/reinstatement, concrete and structural works, and external public realm improvements.
