Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Banqueting, Bars and Restaurant Manager for The Crown Hotel Harrogate. You will oversee daily F&B operations, lead the department, train staff and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will review financial performance, manage health and safety standards, and communicate outcomes to senior management while coordinating across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; lead staff training.
• Communicate performance and challenges to senior management through regular reports.
• Maintain coordination between departments for a seamless guest experience.
