Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an C&E Operations Manager in London to oversee day-to-day catering services for client events, ensuring adherence to Signature service standards. You will coordinate assigned events, advise clients, and uphold health and safety throughout operations.

Excellent communication, team leadership, and a proactive approach to cost control and upselling will be essential in delivering memorable guest experiences at major venues.

Formación

• Previous experience in catering, food service or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience managing teams including Operations or Event Managers.
• Experience delivering large-scale, bespoke events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food allergens and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver day-to-day catering services to required standards.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events per concepts and plans.
• Maintain knowledge of venue products and advise clients/guests.
• Champion health & safety compliance and culture.
• Identify training needs and provide on-the-job development.
• Support labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to manage costs.
• Build relationships with clients/guests before, during and after events.
• Drive sales and profitability by supporting targets and upselling.
