Zusammenfassung

Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, is recruiting an Exhibition Sales Executive to drive catering revenue across a portfolio of exhibitions in London. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to confirmed booking, handle exhibitor orders and payments, and collaborate with Event Managers to ensure on-site success.

You will build relationships with organisers and exhibitors, meet targets, and contribute to the wider commercial strategy while delivering excellent customer experiences

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or a client-facing commercial role, ideally within venue, catering, exhibitions or hospitality.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
• Confident and proactive, able to manage a sales pipeline, build opportunities and take ownership of results.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients, priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with main organisers, growing catering budgets and securing repeat business across exhibitions.
• Deliver revenue and profit targets through effective pricing, upselling, cross-selling and accurate sales forecasting.
• Proactively sell catering packages to exhibitors and stand-holders, converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage the full exhibitor sales process, from initial enquiry and proposals through to booking confirmation.
• Process standard exhibitor orders, manage payments, issue confirmations and receipts, and handle amendments.
• Maintain accurate sales records, trackers, forecasts, rate cards and webshop listings, ensuring information is up to date.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, develop sales initiatives and contribute market insights to support wider commercial strategy.
• Build strong client relationships, gather post-event feedback and use sales performance data to improve future results.
