Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, is recruiting for a Group C&E Sales Office Manager to lead the conference and events sales across prestigious stadium venues in the diary managed estate. You will shape strategy, drive revenue, and mentor a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with marketing to execute plans and explore AI-enabled workflows, ensuring seamless transitions for new venues into the diary, while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic role responsible for the day-to-day performance of conference and event sales within diary managed Levy venues and LVP Portfolio Central Team.
• Develop future strategy for diary managed estate, within pricing, inventory controls and sales opportunities.
• Support in team management and mentoring of team members.
• Work with marketing to deliver the sales, marketing & communications plan.
• Develop and implement AI and automation for new workstreams.
• Lead, manage and develop the Levy Sales team to deliver revenue.
