Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary experience
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience delivering menus for large-scale events
• Strong focus on food safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute diverse, creative menus for events
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring safety and quality
