The role requires Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. Right to Work in the UK is essential.

• Extensive experience managing contract catering operations and teams.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff to meet client requirements.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in catering.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to create seasonal menus for site and events.
• Oversee staff and ensure the team meets client needs and company requirements daily.
• Train team members on menus, procedures, etiquette, safety standards and regulations.
• Recruit new staff to meet workload demands.
• Manage budgets for food, equipment, staffing and operations.
