Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead premium restaurant operations across match days and events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London. You will drive guest-focused service, coordinate premium areas, and collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

On non-match days you will manage Conferences & Events, plan labour, menus and P&Ls, and ensure seamless delivery from planning to post-event review.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium restaurants or luxury hotel F&B operations.
• Experience and understanding of Conferences & Events (C&E).
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Passionate about food, hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and able to prioritise and multitask.
• Confident managing variable teams across match-day and non-match day events.
• Committed to developing teams through effective training and upskilling.
• Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to solve problems and seize opportunities.
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude, who remains calm and assertive under pressure.
• Flexible and able to work hours that align with stadium activity and event requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of premium restaurant operations across match and event days.
• Manage designated premium areas, ensuring teams are briefed and service standards are maintained.
• Work with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver excellent food, service and guest experiences.
• Monitor live service, resolve issues and manage staffing, guest flow and timings.
• Complete operational systems, including RTS, POS, Ubeya and P&L management.
• Support menu development, create SOPs and ensure allergies and dietary requirements are prioritised.
• Lead the operational delivery of Conferences & Events, including meetings, launches, banquets and celebrations.
• Coordinate labour, menus, service styles, timings and P&Ls to deliver successful events.
• Work closely with planning, culinary and People teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage events from planning through to delivery and post-event review.
• Build strong client relationships and drive innovation across the events offering.
