Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Estimator to support Complex Infrastructure projects, delivering estimates from feasibility through detailed design. You will produce Class 5 to Class 1 estimates and contribute to win work activities, while guiding a high performing estimating team across multiple sectors.

The role requires solid understanding of measurement methods, risk contingencies, and stakeholder collaboration with designers, engineers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction sectors or equivalent.
• Chartership with or working towards RICS, ICE, AACE, ACostE or similar.
• Understanding of contingency and risk allowances and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating service delivery across feasibility to detailed design.
• Produce Class 5 to Class 1 estimates.
• Assist leadership in bids and proposals to grow the portfolio.
• Improve deliverables and develop a high performing team.
• Apply measurement methods and manage take-offs with accuracy.
