Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Estimator & Cost Advisor to lead estimating, assurance and advisory services for major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally, with a focus on capital costs.

You will guide bid activities, develop robust cost analyses, and drive delivery quality across the project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior clients to deliver value and insight.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cost estimating, cost forecasting and project deliverability in complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with major capital programs and assurance reviews across lifecycle stages.
• Stakeholder engagement with designers, engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead elements of estimating, assurance and advisory service delivery for major and niche projects across the UK and internationally, focusing on capital costs.
• Support bid activities to grow the portfolio and improve client deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for client data analyses, benchmarking, and cost forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with the wider Estimating & Cost Advisory practice to ensure quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
