Job summary

Cymulate is seeking a Customer Success Architect with over 10 years of cybersecurity experience. The role involves owning technical architecture and integration strategies for Enterprise customers, driving platform adoption, and conducting executive business reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with security platforms and integration design, along with excellent communication skills to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR/EDR, and threat detection platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and integration strategy for Enterprise customers.
• Lead onboarding activities including deployment validation and requirements gathering.
• Monitor customer technical health and drive platform expansion.
