Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the customer technical relationship and drive a defensible 12-month roadmap. You will translate TAM Score insights into strategic priorities, collaborate with SOC teams, and guide executive stakeholders.

You will combine hands-on security experience with strong communication to support both reactive and proactive improvements, delivering value during quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles is essential.
• Ability to translate security scores into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, threat detection and incident response.
• Proven ability to build and maintain 12-month technical roadmaps with quarterly focus.
• Experience delivering QBRs to senior audiences and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with the customer and act as the trusted advisor.
• Interpret TAM Score narratives and translate into the 12-month roadmap.
• Develop and maintain the 12-month technical roadmap anchored to TAM Score.
• Deliver the TAM/technical portion of QBRs and align with stakeholders up to CISO.
• Provide reactive and proactive technical support and drive continuous improvement.
