Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group’s Clearstream Fund Services unit seeks a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive commercial adoption of a new blockchain-based, cloud-native market infrastructure for fund distribution.

You will serve as a senior contact for institutional clients, translating needs into actionable solutions, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with product and technical teams across the group.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value institutional deals.
• Experience with transfer agency, fund administration, or market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of blockchain/DLT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for the Digital TA SaaS platform, owning the sales pipeline from leads to closure.
• Lead client engagement with senior stakeholders, presenting the platform's value proposition.
• Drive a solution-selling process with technical, product and other teams across Deutsche Börse Group.
• Lead preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract terms.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to product teams to stay competitive.
• Maintain pipeline management with accurate forecasting and sophisticated deal-structuring.
