Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive adoption of our digital, cloud-native market infrastructure for fund distribution. You will act as a senior client contact, translating needs into actionable solutions and building strategic relationships.

You will own the sales process from lead generation to closure, negotiate pricing and contracts, and collaborate with product and tech teams to stay competitive and relevant in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales with high-value deals.
• Experience closing institutional deals in fintech, fund services, or market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of transfer agency, fund administration or asset servicing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for the Digital TA SaaS platform.
• Lead client engagements with senior stakeholders and present platform value.
• Collaborate with technical, product and other teams across Deutsche Börse Group.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing models, and terms.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to product development.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting and sophisticated deal-structuring.
