Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full sales-cycle experience.
• Proven track record selling SaaS to mid-market and enterprise.
• Strong understanding of global payroll and HR tech ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with senior HR, Payroll, Finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market global organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Deliver demos and proposals tailored to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure smooth handovers.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance prospecting and account planning.
