Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to define, govern, and scale its enterprise AI strategy across the organization. You will own the AI roadmap, partner with executive stakeholders, and guide portfolio decisions with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

You will lead governance on AI ethics, risk, and compliance while building an AI Center of Excellence to standardize delivery practices and drive maturity across departments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior director role with portfolio ownership.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and automation platforms.
• Experience owning AI governance with policies, risk tiering, and oversight.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing AI teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP; data platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and scale enterprise AI strategy with multi-year impact across the organization.
• Own the AI roadmap and portfolio decisions, including vendor and platform trade-offs.
• Establish AI governance framework, risk management, and human-in-the-loop standards.
• Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence and enablement programs to raise maturity.
• Engage with Dynatrace leadership to translate AI developments into business cases and ROI.
