Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Senior Strategist, Enterprise, to lead AI-driven transformation for global clients, partnering with C-suite and senior leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams. You will own discovery, shape the roadmap, and lead workshops, delivering executive-ready recommendations while growing client relationships and guiding multi-team engagements.

This role requires travel and a hybrid in-office schedule, with a focus on delivering durable AI capabilities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of client-facing experience, with enterprise exposure.
• Ability to structure complex problems and present a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops and discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data.
• Act as trusted advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and day-to-day engagement management.
• Develop deep understanding of client business models and operating contexts.
• Lead discovery, current-state assessment, and synthesize findings into diagnoses.
• Design target-state capabilities and change-sequenced transformation roadmaps.
• Present advisory POV on digital and AI innovation and product impact.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops that drive decisions and momentum.
• Own proposals, executive presentations, business cases, and engagement docs.
