Job summary

GSK seeks a senior Enterprise AI leader to translate AI promise into measurable impact across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and beyond. You will define problems, guide forward deployed teams, and own an end-to-end AI portfolio aligned with our Ahead Together strategy.

This individual contributor role requires deep AI/ML knowledge, knowledge graphs, and data foundations, with hands-on prototyping and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across pharma/AI product strategy and product management.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from framing to funded delivery.
• Hands-on data foundations and knowledge graphs for insights.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, prototyping, and evaluation.
• Independent contributor with stakeholder influence and roadmap ownership.
• Experience in commercial analytics and portfolio decision-making.
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory considerations in pharma AI.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across the insight lifecycle and build a global AI product portfolio.
• Quantify value with business cases showing ROI, cycle time savings and revenue uplift.
• Develop domain patterns for market, competitive, and data use in insights generation.
• Own the Enterprise AI opportunity portfolio and rationalize in-flight priorities.
• Make hard trade-offs with clear success metrics and resource planning.
• Say no, with evidence, to non-scalable opportunities to protect focus.
• Be the strategic counterpart to forward deployed engineering leads.
• Shape end-to-end engagements with scope, exit conditions, and scaling paths.
• Surface opportunities to re-use and promote reusable platforms.
• Design the human-digital split and governance for evaluation and oversight.
• Communicate impact to senior leaders and translate AI work into patient/science outcomes.
• Build sponsor coalitions and secure data access for deployments.
• Define impact metrics and conduct honest post-mortems for learning.
