• At least two years of experience recruiting and managing a direct software sales team.
• Five or more years of quota-carrying field sales experience in fast-paced markets.
• Proven ability to run a complex enterprise sales process from first contact to close.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience winning new business in the Enterprise segment.
• Ability to explain business value of complex enterprise tech to execs.
• Strong experience coaching and developing sales pros.
• Comfort selling change on critical systems in a fast-growing company.
• Driven and motivated by meaningful results.
