Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Director of AI & Automation to shape and scale enterprise AI initiatives across the organisation. You will lead a globally distributed team, own the AI strategy and value realisation, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, architecture, and delivery discipline while navigating complex regulatory and risk considerations to ensure practical, scalable AI implementations across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, automation, or tech-enabled change at enterprise scale.
• Ability to shape strategy and translate it into practical delivery roadmaps.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving benefits.
