Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales professional to generate new business revenue from a SaaS license model. You will perform account planning, territory planning, and research prospect customers, employing field-based sales activities within defined prospects, territory or vertical.

You will establish relationships with C-suite personas, coordinate with Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, and be a trusted advisor to client IT roadmaps using ServiceNow

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software sales experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of producing new business, negotiating deals and maintaining C-level relationships.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience leveraging AI in sales, workflows or decision making.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate an account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Advise customers on their IT roadmap and how ServiceNow can help.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
