In this role you will generate new business revenue from a SaaS license model, lead account and territory planning, research prospects, and run field-based sales activities with senior executives across government and major enterprises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
• Proven track record of selling complex Cybersecurity solutions into Central Government Organisations (MOD, MOJ, DWP preferred).
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C‑Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C‑suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy with a broad virtual team.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
