Job summary

10Pearls is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and help sell cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients across a wide range of industries. This client-facing role spans the full engagement lifecycle — from shaping opportunities and supporting pre-sales, through discovery and design workshops, to owning end-to-end AI and data platform architecture that gets built.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
7–10 years in solution architecture or related roles, with 4–5 years in AI/ML.
Proven AI solution deployments in production, including GenAI, NLP and computer vision.
Experience with AI lifecycle from business case to deployment and monitoring.
Client-facing consulting experience with pre-sales support (scoping, proposals, demos or POCs).
Experience facilitating client workshops for mixed technical audiences.
Master's/PhD in AI/CS or related discipline; consulting in global delivery teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements with architecture reviews, presentations and POC efforts.
Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and shape proposals and SOWs.
Design and facilitate discovery, use-case ideation and AI readiness assessments.
Develop end-to-end AI solution blueprints covering models, data pipelines and deployments.
Architect AI/data platforms with real-time inference and scalable workloads.
Define AI standards, mentor teams, and contribute to the AI strategy roadmaps.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to deliver value.
