Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supervisor to lead engineering services at a West Quays site in Hampshire. You will manage corrective maintenance, ensure uptime, and align with contractual obligations while coordinating with clients and teams.

The role requires extensive experience in critical environments, NFMs, and strong leadership. On-site responsibility with exposure to ESG and energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• High level of technical awareness within FM and new building environments including Power & Distribution - LV, MV, HV, UPS emergency electrical generation, HVAC, cooling.
• Apprenticeship or degree/HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in engineering services within critical environments or new builds.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of PPM, RM and CAFM systems.
• Familiarity with BMS and control systems; smart systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirements.
• Conduct audits in line with Integrated/JLL processes.
• Maintain compliance, site logbooks and CAFM system.
• Ensure all Critical Service processes meet client SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Cover for the TSM and liaise with site client teams.
• Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance and coordinate with clients.
• Plan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events.
• Develop and manage technical team with appropriate skills.
