Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Brentwood is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-site engineering services, delivering 100% uptime and compliant preventive maintenance for Critical Environment and risk management. The role requires directing maintenance planning, ensuring safety, and upholding contractual obligations.

You will manage the on-site technical team, coordinate with clients and suppliers, attend stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health, safety and service

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in engineering services within critical environments.
Recognised apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering.
Experience with PPM, RM and CAFM/BMS systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of power distribution LV/MV/HV, UPS and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class engineering service delivering 100% uptime.
Lead corrective maintenance and planning for Critical Environment and risk management.
Manage compliance upkeep, site logbooks and CAFM system.
Represent hard services team to support engineering requirements and SLA adherence.
Develop and manage the on-site technical team and client relationships.
