Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supervisor to lead the hard services team at West Quays, Hampshire. You will ensure 100% uptime, manage corrective maintenance, and align with SLAs and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, client liaison, and experience with CAFM, PPM, and building management systems. On-site deployment and energy performance initiatives will be part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship, Degree qualified / HNC Electrical engineering or the equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience of engineering services within critical environment/new builds
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class engineering service with 100% uptime.
• Lead and develop the technical team to meet client SLAs.
• Ensure compliance, audits, and CAFM system management.
• Plan major building shutdowns and energy performance initiatives.
