Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Technical & Fabric Services Supervisor to lead the site engineering team at Kensington Olympia. You will manage day-to-day technical operations, deliver the agreed scope of work, and ensure uptime across critical facility systems.

With a background in critical environments and relevant qualifications, you will drive performance, safety and compliance, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments including Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• C&G Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent/higher qualification.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
• HV/LV Authorised Person qualification.
• C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and lead the site-based engineering team in delivering the JLL Statement of Work.
• Perform appraisals for direct reports and set clear objectives.
• Handle HR administration including sickness, return to work, and investigations.
• Review engineering competency and plan future training requirements.
• Ensure staffing levels and shift coverage on site.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Event planning teams and FM.
• Oversee PPM and reactive tasks and report to stakeholders.
• Manage and improve technical operations, assets, and safety compliance.
