Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supervisor to deliver best-in-class engineering services with 100% uptime for Critical Environment facilities. The role requires leading planning, maintenance, and client liaison to meet SLA commitments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering services within critical environments, with strong leadership, and familiarity with CAFM/BMS systems. On-site Essex location, with a focus on safety and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship and degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering services experience in critical environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PPM, RM and CAFM systems; knowledge of BMS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hard services team and ensure site support for all engineering requirements.
• Conduct audits in line with Integral/JLL processes.
• Maintain site logbooks and the CAFM system.
• Ensure technical activities meet health, safety and client safety requirements.
• Develop and manage on-site technical team to meet client needs.
