Job summary

JLL is seeking a Building Services Supervisor to lead a multiskilled engineering team at Victoria Embankment. You will oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive tasks, and small projects, ensuring compliance with health, safety and contractual obligations.

Ideal applicants will have an electrical apprenticeship, BMS knowledge, and experience in critical facilities with UPS and emergency generation. The role requires leadership, regulatory awareness, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Indentured Apprenticeship City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent; or 17th Edition I.E.E Registration or recognised equivalent.
• Experience gained within a critical maintenance environment.
• A good working knowledge of BMS, and critical assets and systems i.e. UPS, Emergency Generation-Electrical and Mechanical distribution, Air conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of multiskilled engineers to ensure high performance and delivery.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Small Projects and Helpdesk Calls on shift.
• Ensure EHS, statutory and contractual compliance is delivered and maintained (Fire, Life & Safety, L8 Water Management, F-Gas, etc.).
• Produce monthly operational reports and support reporting requirements.
• Assist ESM in safe delivery of all JLL services and projects.
