Job summary

JLL is seeking a Supervisor to lead engineering services at the West Quays site, ensuring 100% uptime and compliant upkeep of critical environments. You will direct corrective maintenance, planning, and site safety while delivering high-quality service and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes teamwork, technical proficiency in power distribution (LV, MV, HV, UPS), and familiarity with CAFM, BMS, and smart systems to optimise performance and safety across the building portfolio.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering services within critical environments/new builds.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of PPM, RM and CAFM systems.
• Familiar with BMS and electrical control systems; smart systems knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hard services team and ensure site support for engineering needs.
• Conduct audits in line with Integral / JLL processes.
• Maintain compliance, site logbooks and Concept CAFM System.
• Develop and manage technical teams to meet client requirements.
• Plan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events.
• Support energy performance and ESG outputs as applicable.
