Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Site Specific Design to provide strategic engineering leadership for site-specific power station designs. You will build and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, secondees and partners to deliver complex programmes safely and successfully.

You will coordinate engineering activities across systems and components, ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements, and manage delivery against milestones, budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic engineering leadership for site-specific RR SMR power station designs.
• Building and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering programmes safely and successfully.
• Directing engineering activities across systems, structures and components throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing engineering delivery against milestones, budgets and performance objectives.
