You will guide architecture, standards, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native distributed systems while shaping engineering strategy and developing future leaders.

You will mentor Engineering Managers, drive hiring, and ensure teams deliver high-quality software at scale in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Golang and modern distributed systems.
• Experience leading multiple engineering squads and scaling teams.
• Proven ability to mentor Engineering Managers and develop leaders.
• Experience collaborating with external platforms and strategic partners.
