We're hiring an Engineering Manager for a growing tech business using data and software to deliver real-world social impact.

£110,000 base

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of engineers, running 1:1s, feedback, coaching and performance conversations
• Driving better delivery, process and ways of working
• Partnering closely with Product and stakeholders
• Contributing to architecture, engineering quality and technical decision-making
• Helping shape a strong, healthy engineering culture

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or senior technical leader with people management responsibility
• A solid software engineering background with strong technical credibility
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills
