Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or owning a cloud platform at a growing tech business, ideally fintech or fast-moving environment.
• Experience building platform teams and practices from the ground up.
• Ability to operate strategically with leadership while making detailed technical decisions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for scaling infrastructure alongside business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud platform end-to-end: architecture, reliability and roadmap for scale.
• Build and lead a platform engineering function and hiring as the team grows.
• Work with the leadership team to align infra investment with business priorities.
• Champion modern engineering practices: automation, observability, security-by-design.
• Act as a senior technical voice translating platform decisions into commercial impact.
