Formula. in London is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a critical engineering function within a scaling, product-led tech business. You will guide architecture, standards, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native distributed systems while shaping engineering strategy and developing future leaders.

You will mentor Engineering Managers, drive hiring, and ensure teams deliver high-quality software at scale in a fully remote setup.
