Qualifications

• Experience with modern architectures, cloud platforms, and scalable backend systems.
• Proven track record building, leading, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgement across system design and modern engineering practices.
• DevOps mindset with a belief in you build it, you run it.
• Strong focus on quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead senior engineers and technical partners toward clear outcomes without over-prescribing solutions.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Servant leadership mindset and willingness to own complex challenges.
• Knowledge of the Retail domain, particularly supply chain/logistics, advantageous but not essential.
