Vocative Consulting is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Platform and Applications in Surrey, with hybrid work (1 office day per week). • Proven ability to establish and scale a DevOps function.
• Strong incident management and deployment practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a combined DevOps function for ongoing product development and maintenance.
• Oversee the Ops team (5–6) and Engineering team (3–4) with responsibility for performance and incident response.
• Drive migration from legacy to a modern cloud stack, retraining staff as needed.
• Partner with CTO and technical teams to plan and execute gradual product breakup and cloud migration.
