Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm in Montrose is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering function, ensuring safe, reliable maintenance of offshore wind assets throughout lifecycle. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with Operations, HSE, Supply Chain, OEMs and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective engineering outcomes.

Based in Montrose with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, the role supports ITT

Qualifications

• Significant Engineering Management experience in offshore wind or heavy industry.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience managing maintenance strategies for critical assets.
• Strong knowledge of turbine operations and engineering systems.
• Experience using CMMS (SAP PM or Maximo) for maintenance planning.
• Budget management and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Team to deliver objectives and maintain asset integrity.
• Ensure health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance in all activities.
• Develop and manage annual engineering budgets and spend.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors and suppliers for technical deliverables.
• Oversee maintenance planning and outages with Operations.
• Provide technical oversight of engineering changes and risk assessments.
• Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
