Job summary

Inch Cape Offshore Limited is seeking a C&I/SCADA Engineer (O&M) to own the SCADA/OT systems across the Inch Cape wind farm in Montrose, 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

You will manage alarms, data quality, cyber resilience, and operations, coordinating with electrical, marine and OEM teams to maintain availability and safety.

This role requires a degree in controls/electrical engineering and experience with PLC/RTU/HMI, operating in a regulated energy environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with OT/SCADA exposure.
• Experience in offshore wind or regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-critical setting with change control.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering owner/TA for SCADA and OT systems.
• Maintain system architecture, servers, HMIs, RTUs, PLCs and interfaces.
• Ensure robustness, availability, and correct configuration of systems.
• Review changes, patches, and disaster-recovery arrangements under change control.
• Maintain standards and documentation for SCADA/OT assets.
• Lead remote monitoring and alarm handling for windfarm assets.
• Collaborate with operations, electrical, marine, and OEM teams.
• Improve alarm rationalisation and incident response to reduce downtime.
