Job summary

Multiverse is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Trust & Reliability (ETR) function. You’ll oversee Commercial Tech & Integrations and Stability & Operations, shaping architecture, delivery, and on-call practice. You’ll report to the function leader and craft the playbook for how the teams work together.

You will build a high-performing, AI-native engineering culture, grow engineers, and balance pace with quality in a fast-moving, IPO-bound environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production engineering teams.
• Ability to set technical direction and delivery rhythm.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CTI and S&O engineering teams to reliability and scale.
• Own delivery and technical direction across multiple domains.
• Hire and raise the bar through a strategic recruiting plan.
• Establish AI-native operating rhythm and on-call practice.
• Maintain strong communication during incidents and outages.
