Job summary

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We are scaling IT to support 1,000+ employees and prepare for IPO, with a two-branched IT function handling BAU operations and major system changes.

The Director of Enterprise Technology will own end-to-end IT, setting strategy, budgets, and roadmaps while driving automation and an AI-native approach to enable growth without excessive headcount.

Responsibilities

• BAU IT Operations: manage day-to-day IT services for 1,000+ employees, ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding, secure access, and rapid incident response by the in-house team.
• IT Systems Implementation: plan and deliver tooling updates, identity and endpoint upgrades, automation, and controls for IPO readiness with minimal BAU disruption.
• Leading the function: steer the in-house IT team, balance BAU vs. project work, own budget and roadmap, advocate for automation and scalable processes.
