Job summary

Multiverse is seeking a high-impact Engineering Manager to lead Diagnose & Prescribe (D&P) engineering. You will own delivery, technical direction, and team health across diagnosis, prescription, and onboarding, partnering with Product, Design, and GTM to align technical outcomes with business goals.

You will coach and grow a high-performing team, ship AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure robust architecture, testing, and observability in a fast-moving, AI-native platform.

• Engineering management of full-stack teams shipping production software.
• Led teams that shipped AI features to real users.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, technical direction, and team health in the D&P service estate — the full learner and customer journey from diagnosis through prescription to onboarding and growth tracking.
• Lead the team across surfaces: Diagnosis & needs assessment, Prescription & eligibility, Recommendation & onboarding, Platform arc, Coaching and team building, Staying hands-on, Delivering predictably, Raising the AI-native bar, Partner on strategy.
