Job summary

SolveAI seeks a Deployment Strategist to own customer deployments from discovery to live, adopted workflows within enterprise environments. You will collaborate with enterprise customers to map operations, identify where AI can create leverage, and drive implementation through ambiguity and technical constraints.

This role sits at the intersection of solutions engineering and deployment strategy; you’ll work with product and engineering to translate patterns into product insights and design

Qualifications

• Structured thinking to absorb messy information and identify root problems.
• Customer instinct: build trust, listen well, avoid oversell.
• Ownership: drive initiatives to completion and treat client problems as your own.
• Experience in solutions engineering, deployment strategy, consulting, or customer engineering.
• Experience translating business problems into practical technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery: identify bottlenecks, uncover high-impact workflows, and turn pain into a deployable solution.
• Own deployments end-to-end: discovery, workflow design, implementation, rollout, training, and iteration.
• Rapidly prototype and validate workflows with customers to shorten the loop to live deployment.
• Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders, product, and engineering: align priorities and keep momentum.
• Drive adoption: design workflows users will actually use and build internal champions to reduce friction.
• Translate customer patterns into product insight: identify repeatable patterns and feed back to the team.
• Navigate stakeholder complexity across executive, operational, and technical audiences.
