Deliverance AI is seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Manager to own customer success across our Forward-Deployed Engineering team. You will scope high-value workflows, run the engagement, and stay involved until production and audit trails are complete.

You will coordinate with CIOs and CISOs, turning delivered outcomes into expansion, in a hybrid setup with offices in London and Dublin. This is a high-visibility role on a platform used by regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex enterprise delivery or customer success in a technical product or platform context.
• Fluency in regulated-enterprise constraints, governance, audit, security sign-off.
• Bias to ship and willingness to work with a customer until production.
• Strong executive communication and ability to say no to low-value work.

Responsabilités

• Own the engagement plan for each customer from production-readiness to live, governed workflows.
• Translate business goals into a prioritised workflow roadmap with measurable ROI per workflow.
• Coordinate the embedded FDE pod (engineering + applied AI) against customer milestones and regulator constraints.
• Be the trusted advisor to CIO, CISO and business owners; drive expansion after outcomes are delivered.
