Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Extend Associate Manager to lead advisory work delivering cloud-based HR solutions and transformative Workday Extend deployments.

You will guide clients through discovery, design and implementation, coordinating with global teams and stakeholders while driving best practices and AI-enabled accelerators. This role blends technology delivery with strategic consulting across international projects.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM and/or Financials experience with integrations and Workday Extend certification.
• Experience architecting, designing and developing Workday Extend apps.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize and analyze Workday requirements.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions using Workday Extend.
• Lead workshops and discussions to tailor Extend applications to client needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to conceptualise and architect Extend solutions.
• Provide requirements and design documents to developers.
• Manage and guide a team of Workday Extend consultants.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, Accenture teams and Workday to ensure robust solutions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities to shape offerings for prospective clients.
