Job summary

Healthxchange is seeking a People Partner - Employee Relations Lead to drive ER leadership across its Midlands operations, with regular travel to London, Reading and Manchester sites. The role focuses on end-to-end casework, on-site presence with operational managers and scaling ER capability within the People team.

You will collaborate with the People Director on TUPE, integration, culture and engagement projects, ensuring policies are practical, compliant and supportive of business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in employee relations within high-volume, multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and ACAS Code of Practice.
• Proven track record in end-to-end ER case management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ER casework across the business, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and investigations.
• Advise managers on performance, attendance, shift patterns and fair outcomes.
• Coach leaders on people management and ER processes.
• Design and deliver guidance on policies and legislative changes.
