Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions LTD is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for an interim role in Hertfordshire. You will advise managers and employees on complex ER matters, conduct investigations and hearings, and ensure fair, compliant handling of disciplinary, grievance and absence issues.

You will influence management decisions, support organisational changes, and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ACAS Codes of Practice.
• Ability to manage investigations, hearings and paperwork to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases across disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.
• Conduct investigations, hearings and appeals and coach managers.
• Ensure compliant and fair case handling in line with legislation and internal policies.
• Build relationships with managers, employees, and trade unions where applicable.
