Qualifications

• Experienced Employee Relations professional from a professional services environment.
• Ability to manage complex ER cases end-to-end and provide clear, practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, and performance management.
• Advise on employment legislation and ensure HR policies are up to date.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve people issues while promoting a positive employee experience.
• Support trainees with guidance and manage leaver processes.
