Responsibilities

• Lead the management and resolution of employee relations cases in a regulated environment.
• Support managers in disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
• Conduct investigations, hearings and appeals, coaching managers on best practices.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to minimise exposure.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and consultation.
